  1. I think KOTOR II already considers her alive. Only in one of the four options does she not make an appearance. DS is obvious, LSM has the T3-holo and the dialog with Carth. LSF is the exception, but if LSM already has an appearance by her, even though she could have been killed in KOTOR, it is not far fetched to think of her as being alive in this case as well. It would definately not be very easy to include her as a party-member, though I think it can be done. I'd love to see her in a bigger role in KOTOR III. Not necessarily as a party-member, but someone who gets more than the 2-3 lines like in TSL. The larger the role Revan has in the game, the more important Bastila gets. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I agree. Bastila needs to be an important character in KOTOR III since she is basically all that remains of the jedis we know of. The ones on Dantoine have been annihilated (DS and LS right ? Kreia or the Exile kill them all right?), and she is, along with Jolee and Juhani, the only ones we know of from KOTOR 1. If Bastila, and perhaps Jolee have a bigger role than they did in KOTOR 2 or even than Atris had, then KOTOR III would definitely feel like the end of a trilogy. If they just keep adding in new characters and keep the ones from the previous games as less-important, then it will just feel like a sequel, not a conclusion.... However, I do not think it would be a good idea to make any of who were NPCs before a PC. If a character was an NPC, they had their own alignment and personality, and it needs to remain that way. However, if a player answers that revan was a great sithlord, bastila's personality could be that of a sith, left on Korriban.... Revan will definitely have a large role in KOTOR III, whether he is a PC or an NPC. If he is an NPC, than I don't think it would be wise to make the player linger with him too much, since he was after all, a PC. Same thing for the exile.
  2. Rakatans. They ruled the galaxy for crying out loud!
  3. Sion. When I fought him, I only had to stasis field him, and then 5 flurrys during that stasis and he was done. Then he heals, and I repeat the process.
  4. I just think KOTOR 3 will have a lot do to with finding the True Sith, and obviously be connected to both games. KOTOR 1 ends as any normal action game (although it isn't) with the hero having an ending best suited to their playing style. No questions asked, the game ends, galaxy saved or not. Like Plano said, it is a very "open" ending. In KOTOR 2 however, many questions were raised. KOTOR 2 ends with Kreia telling the Exile that she must go to these unknown regions, leaving behind her loved ones, just as Revan did and search for Revan. Carth at the end of the game, hints of some future story of the exile finding Revan, and reporting the Carth is following orders, just like Canderous, and perhaps Bastila too. KOTOR 1 and KOTOR 2 all revolved around a search for something, be it the Star Forge or your revenge / redemption (through the hunt of the jedi masters) . KOTOR 3 will probably revolve around that concept, the goal of your search being either finding Revan or the Exile, or a trace of them, their path, in order to defeat the True Sith (or join them, DS ending ), or either something related to the true Sith. Apart from that, I just think it would be awesome to FINALLY wage war, either lead it or take part in it. I was excited when I first played the Onderon Civil War since I thought that I would be fighting against hindreds of soldiers, not a maximum of 50... A plot my friends and I were thinking about is that you are a new Jedi, or the Exile / Bastila's padawan, and you are recruiting an army. I just feel that KOTOR 2's LS plot of finding the Jedi Masters and reuniting them under one cause ended abruptly, either because the Exile killed them all, or because the old witch did. Many characters come back in play, such as Canderous (having reunited the Mandalorians), Carth (just like Revan asked, he has strenghtened the Republic) and of course the Jedi (you find any remnannts of them, and you unify them). This war however will be at the end, since your PC, having completed the mission the Council gave him/her of finding Revan and the Exile, returns, either with the Exile, Revan or both / none, with the sole purpose of preparing the galaxy against the fury of the true Sith. You could say that Revan has awakened them, and they are aware that their plot to exploit the Republic's weakened state has been revealed. To sum it all up, your task is first to build Revan's army, one that he will command, along with the Exile and yourself at his side, and together you shall launch one hell of an assault. Of course, now this just seems like Age of Empires II.... Yet the war could be external. You do not take part it in, and you continue the story's plot, doing something "behind the scenes" . Some titles that could be assorted to this sort of plot: KOTOR III : Shadows of the Force KOTOR III : The Sith Awakening
  5. I for one enjoyed playing Revan and the exile, so having them both be dead would be tragic. Here's what I would like KOTOR III to be: KOTOR III : The search for Revan You play once again as the exile, and as the titles explicits it, you are searching for Revan. The game begins right where KOTOR II left off, and just like KOTOR II, the characters accompanying you will ask you a couple of questions. Let's say HK-47, due to the fact you wake up in the Ebon Hawk's medbay, tries to make you remember, Kreia's death being a brutal shock to you, with the bond you shared. Questions qould be things such as: -Was Revan a male or a female? -Who would win, Sith or Jedi ? - You see a jedi master, let's say master vrook, what do you do? -etc... A nice way to do this would be a small script being able to use info of your KOTOR II character, with the ability of selecting which. There will be three "waves" of different planets, say 3 or 4 in each. At first, you search for Revan. Then, finding him/her on the last planet, you approach the next wave, as Revan, looking for the true sith. And the end of the second, you find a planet with a branch of them, and everyone knows what you'll have to do. In the third wave, you will have gathered thans to Revan's help the planets where the true sith live, and you shall destroy them I'd like to have the exile and Revan team up, and of course, it would be awesome if Bastila, Atton, and other important characters would catch up with you. I like the idea of there being 2 PCs, one being the Exile, having his own story in the first wave, the other being Revan, joining with the exile for the hunt in the third wave, the second wave being Revan's story / search. You could say the first and second waves take place at the same time, or at least with a couple of days between them. In the end, Revan and the exile will return to the Jedi temple, either forsaking their allegiance to the dark side and returning as heroes of the force (light side ending (even if you play dark side, killing the last sith will provoke a sudden change in your alignment)) or as embracing the true Sith's teachings, and returning to the temple to annihiale all the remaining jedis, being the only survivors of the Force (dark side ending, if you let the last sith live and embrace his teachings for example) You could also give the title: KOTOR III Fall of the Sith
