  1. When I switched to the 3.1 patch I got a graphics stutter almost exactly every three seconds (the screen freezes for a fraction of a second). Needless to say, that is very distracting! Switching back to the non-beta version (via Steam) and the stutter goes away, switching back to the beta causes it to come back. I tried saving and re-loading and restarting the game a few times, but the same glitch is there. I upgraded my graphics driver (Nvidia) to the latest version (it was two month's out of date) and now the stutter happens every six seconds instead of every three, but the effect is the same. I went through the suggested settings for people with high-end Nvidia cards (I have a GeForce Titan), but none of that helped. Lowering the graphics quality to "Low" and changing the resolution also does not help. This does not seem to be related to my graphics settings at all. I have played Deadfire with every version and patch since the day it was released with this exact same hardware, and have never had any problems with graphics at all, played on the highest setting.
