Hello, my two cents : Pillars of Eternity don't need romance. I loved the way your relationship/friendship was written with your companions and, even as I am a lover of "Dating Sim Simulator : Hey, French Accents Can Sound Sexy" and "Dating Sim Simulator : Garrus, We'll Bang, Ok.", I wouldn't give a damn about romance. And you know what : I'm still curious about what might have been, but from what I understood, Obsidian doesn't like romance and the whole point of this company, of this game, is to do only things they like so they make sure it's done well. So yes, maybe I have a huge crush on Pallegina, maybe I think Aloth, Iselmyr and my Watcher are my number one OT3, but what I got in game was enough for me to fantasise in fanfiction and I can never thank Obsidian enough for it. Of course I hope they include a romance next game, maybe by hiring someone who's enthusiastic about it, but if there isn't, you know what : I won't care because my friendship with my companions is just great.
