    In the meantime i tried downpatching the game in the GOG Client to version 2.1.0.0034 and it worked again. This is obviously not the solution we are looking for, but atleast it is possible to keep playing the game.

    I have the same issue after updating to the latest version on the GOG client. I cant load my save and it says Missing DLC (Beast of Winter and LAXF). The reason might be a bug in the older version of the game, because I remember that it said "Beast of Winter - Installed" in the main menu, even though I never bought it. But this is not my fault and I would really like to continue with this save.
