So, when you uninstall and reinstall, how are you not losing all of your saved data, etc.? I'd like to try the same thing, but have 22 chars in story mode and 2 saved games and also hvnt been able to play either since the latest patch back in December. (I've documented all this on a separate thread)

.. did I say Quest mode? Sorry, I meant Story mode.

I *still* can't access Story Mode. Or, to be more precise, as soon as I select one of my 2 saved games in story mode (or a new game), the game hangs up for a bit and then just crashes. This started with the latest patch. I have seen many other posts, documenting this same issue. Is a patch to correct this issue in the works?

I''m having this same issue now. In story mode, the game just crashes after I choose a saved game. Cant even initiate a new game (without it also crashing). It won't even get me to the map screen. I press the 'play' arrow in the game selection screen, the game hangs up a bit and then just exits the game back to my iPad's home screen. I've tried closing and relaunching the game many times and choosing different games, etc. I've also shut down and restarted my mini. No effect. I have 23/24 characters, but have had 24 and this has never been an issue before. I play on an iPad mini 2. I was able to play a game in quest mode fine. Here's one thing I noticed -- not sure if it's at all relevant. On the game's home screen / main menu, there is typically a boxed check mark next to the Challenges button, but that is absent. Sometimes, I'll see it flash up briefly shortly after the game launches and connects, but that's it. Does that mean anything?

Yup, same thing happened to me. Game is stuck after Kyra's Heal or Continue option; no matter which option I choose, the result is the same -- nothing becomes even "select-able". Can't reset thru the Vault, can't forfeit, can't even select other characters in the party or look at the map; just can't do anything. (for reference, the only three icons that trigger any kind of response are the gear and chest in the lower left corner, insomuch as they briefly flash when selected as if the game recognizes a command being made but then nothing happens .. and the third button that triggers any response is the middle left of the screen where you can view the scenario-specific rules -- if I select it, it lights up as if selected, but then just stays lit up and doesn't proceed beyond that) -Chris
