I know what you are saying, but i've seen hotfixes out next day. I think a hotfix has different requirements then a full patch.

One in a half week? Seriously? What if it didn't just effect new players? And no one could play the game, would 1 and a half weeks be ok for you? I've played a lot of mobile apps and seen a lot of game breaking bugs, I think 3 days is the longest they have gone unfixed. Its a business. We are the rare few that actually cared enough to come to the forums. I would guess 90-95 percent of the new players, realized the game was unplayable, deleted and moved on never to visit again. Most of the time a hotfix is done next day or the day after and doesn't even need a patch. But i've seen next day patches to fix something a major patch broke. I'm pretty sure a hotfix doesn't require the same window a major patch does. I'd guess this gets fixed today or tomorrow anything else would be devestating for them. Imagine with the reviews start rolling in for the new patch, they are all going to be 1 star because no one can play it. That will have long term effects.

After a lot of testing, I'm 99 percent sure this bug is caused by playing the tutorial. Which is why existing players are able to create new parties just fine. I appears after you complete the tutorial, the bard and fighter get bugged and overlap into the new party screen. They also show up as experienced characters and cause all characters to show up as level 2 and bugged. I wonder if any existing players actually played the tutorial again if it would bug out there new character screen as well. Bottom line, is a response from the devs would be appreciated at this time. Basically the game was left in an unplayable state by any new players since Friday.

You can see my topic below. It appears the patch the released on the 12th, doesn't allow any new players that ability to create a party after you complete the tutuorial. Huge bug as i locks out every new player coming to the game from playing it at all. Hopefully we'll get a response tomorrow when they are back at work because they haven't responded at all to us since Friday.

People starting to play the game for the first time are unable to create a party after the tutorial. The characters are all bugged, with no skills, no name and when you try to drag their head down nothing happens.

Yea, I posted my pfid in the origina post. I really thought it was my cloud save. But 3 brand new games with different saves, shows its an actual game bug with any new accounts, not a save issue.

After trying it on multiple accounts and different devices it really looks like the update causes new players unable to create a party, thus not allowing the game to played at all.

after beating tutorial my character screen is all messed up and im unable to create a party. Ive tried eveything i can to remove the game but it retains that. Any ideas on how i can fix this or just delete the cloud data. Im using a fully ipdated ipad air. Going into further detail my characters have no name, no skills and no cards. If i drag them down nothing happens. Ive unistalled and logged out but nothing changes. Ive played the tutorial over but same issue when i go to create a party. PFID 175E6ACBF02D2F59 Edit: I also loaded the game brand new on an IPad Mini under my wife's gamecenter ID. I completed the tutorial and the same issue happened. So its not my account or my Ipad. Has anyone been able to start a new game since new update from scratch as a brand new player?
