I can confirm that i miss those EXACT same cards!
-
Maybe it's only a text errata, and the real hardcoded Bonus from Flask of Ice is 3D6...
Going to check the other Elemental Items...
-
Playing with 2 versions of the same player char in the SAME party???
HERESY!!!
-
Of course my previous statement goes by the window in a "If you have Alchemy trait Discard/Recharge Potion instead of Banishing" type Power Feat!
-
Flask of Ice (Deck 5) text states "add 2D6 and Cold..." while Flask of Frost (Deck 4) tells the same. Whereas the Fire versions differ (3D6 vs 2D6) those don't. Is this correct, errata? Is both their dice bonus adding 2D6 to the check maths?
Thnx.
Edit: Also Flask of Force Missile should be "Arcane 14 check to recharge" to be properly escalated in comparision with Flask of Force.

About 96 Chest... Got 4 Legends, quite amount of Epics, and AD3 few Common cards.
Some kind of Filter in the Gallery should be good. Or a counter...
-
This should be in-game... perhaps in "Terms/Rarity"?
-
Cancel and retry... if it displays erroneously, try turning the game off-on.
-
-
All this should be clarified in game. Thx

LEGEN... (wait for it)...
... DARY!!!

They go back to "the box" pool. Any card that you don't take with you in your character decks is lost. You must encounter them again in future plays if you want them.
The Vault only displays the cards if they are obtainable.
Some in-game explanation is needed, if you ask me...

The Weapon Proficiency Feat is "Yes/No" kind of feat. You got it or you don't. It does not unlock any class of weapon.
There are only 2 types:
- No Weapon Proficiency needed (Maces, Daggers...)
- Weapon Proficiency needed (it is written on the text of the card)
Look at the characters Power Feat tab.
There is another classification:
- Ranged/Dexterity
- Melee/Stregth
Look at the characters Skill Feat tab.
You should include in each character deck, the weapons that best suit the character skills.

1 use items are 90% junk for keeping in your deck (except Holy Candle and the like), as you lost "slots" for some other nice ones.
If you encounter them in game ok, use'em and banish... but dont tell me you preffer a Potion of Gibliness in spite of another item, cause when you use it you can end trading them for crap on the next run.

Lini with animal allies is OP too. Try it. Also high Wisdom, needed everywhere.

2 Words: Merisiel + Ilsoari
Throw the D12 =1 then Sandpoint Devil 20/20...
errrr... coff coff... (show him a finger) EVADE
-
I'll put my 2 cents on this...
For me:
- Max 6 party is better (but not to achieve victory by the 30 blessing limit) to grind cards.
- Merisiel is a must for scouting but needs cures. (Spyglass, Kohl... Ilsoari, Shalelu)
- Ezren is a regular spellthrower that keeps his life well. (Detect Magic, Damage Spells)
- Seoni is a machinegun of cards that needs cure. (Augurys, Haste, Web)
- Valeros the slow but sure enemy cleaner. (Weponz & Armourz)
- Lini with animal companions and dice support. (Crows, Improved Aid, Find Traps)
- Kyra the overall healer. (Cure, Holy Light, Impaler)
Despite this config, they all can deal pretty damage.
Edit:
- Also, start game with 3 Cure, and upgrade blessing card number and proficiency with weapons&armour. Max their highest Dice (D12) skill to recharge well.

I agree with everyone's complaints about later-deck boons being worse than boons you already have. However, I don't think that this Kohl falls into that category. Let's look at the stats side by side:
Spyglass
Check to acquire: Wisdom/Perception 4
Ability 1: Reveal to add 1d6 to your Perception check
Ability 2: Discard to scout the top 2 cards of your location deck and put them back in any order
Kohl of Whatever the Balls
Check to acquire: Intelligence/Perception 6
Ability 1: Reveal to add 1d4 to your Perception check
Ability 2: Discard to scout the top 2 cards of your location deck and put them back in any order
Color added to show differences. Let's compare: the Kohl has a harder check to acquire, but some characters (most notably Ezren) will appreciate the intelligence option. This isn't a big deal. Then the Kohl adds only a d4 instead of d6 to your perception check ... but guys, let's be real here! Who picks up a Spyglass thinking, "ooooooo, +1D6 to my perception checks??? MONEY!!!" Nobody. The power of the spyglass is its scouting ability, and that's identical for the Kohl.
Is it the most creative item in the world? No. But it essentially adds another copy of Spyglass to your box, which is amazing. If you found a treasure chest card called Schmaugury that basically did the same thing as Augury but had an acquire check that was harder by 1 or whatever, would you complain that it was worse than Augury? No, you'd be freakin' thrilled to have another Augury!
As far as I'm concerned, Obsidian can fill the treasure chests with as many of Kohls of Glassy Spying, Schmauguries, Deathbone Late Crassbows, and Father Schmantuses as they want, as long as it's only the quality boons that are getting copied.
Worth every $$$!

I got a 73 personal record. No photo. Ezren + Lightning Bolt + All Da Beef (AID and Blessings)...
-
Indeed, i can confirm i got 2 Pong of Zarongel's in my party decks (which is cool guy) but it'll be better if they were 2 Ilsoari's...
Writing "2 Pongs" sounds hilarious...
Edit: just realized his name's "Poog"...

a) So if i got for example, 12 Shortswords +1 and i want to minimice the chance of getting those Ss +1, should I Salvage them?
b) Got some Treasure chest cards. How do i collect them?
c) I got no Aldern Foxglove (i think i discarded him), nor Stalker Mask (easter egg) after completing the Foul Misgivings on Normal Mode. Did i lost him (or the Mask) forever?
d) Are some cards limited in number anyway? (F.e: Max 1 Ilsoari Gandethus, 2 Spyglasses, and so...)

Hi, got a question...
Which is the difference between the Vault and the Gallery?
My guess 'till now was that the Gallery is the "collection" of all of your cards, while the Vault is exclusive to a given party. Is this correct?
Which is the difference between "Treasure On/Off" and "Available" Displays? And what is the meaning of the numbers at the bottom of each kind of card?
Copies, Copies (including your current deck), Available, Lootable, Random Drop Probability...?
I saw no tutorial/explanation on this topic. Thnx ahead!

Tip: try not to go to Close by Banishing a Card-Location without some junk card in hand. Or Banish the same junk cards you get by exploring that place.
