  1. Playing whatever the campaign mode is called, specifically Approach to Thistletop. Ezren was at the Waterfront and after some encounter (don't remember what), he then on the same turn uses Augury to look for monsters. Finds Bugbear and Bruthazmus, puts Bruthazmus on top. Uses Shalelu Andosana to encounter Bruthazmus. Ezren defeated Bruthazmus with a Shocking Ray. I was then immediately given the opportunity to close the location, which I did by defeating a Bandit Henchman. I did not have to encounter Bruthazmus twice like his card says I should have...which was good for me since Ezren didn't have enough offense to face him twice AND the Bandit Henchman (I had failed to note the two-encounter rule on Bruthazmus when I auguried him up to the top of the location deck).
  2. I honestly don't remember anymore. It may have been there but I was pressing it to figure it what it even was and followed the "Discard 2" instruction. While I probably gave the impression in my earlier post that I looked for and didn't find an undo button, I'm not certain if I looked for it specifically at the "Discard 2" instruction step. I remember thinking "Well, if I don't discard 2, I'm probably not going to figure out what it does, so I guess I'll discard 2." I think when I realized I lost out on the encounter was when I wished I could undo it,but even then, I'm not sure if I looked for an undo button at that point. It was several days ago and I've seen lots of screens and lots of undo buttons and it kind of runs together after a while. Very enjoyable game nevertheless, and quite an accomplishment.
  3. So it happened to me AGAIN. This time, I clicked on a Bastard Sword +1 against an Ancient Skeleton with Valeros. I clicked Reveal and then realized I should have clicked Discard (since Valeros's weapons that get Discarded get Recharged instead). So I clicked undo. The Bastard Sword + 1 stayed in the middle of the screen. Since I couldn't choose it a second time since it never made it back into my hand with the undo, I clicked Discard on a regular Bastard Sword and beat the skeleton. At the end, the Bastard Sword + 1 just disappeared. Not discarded, not buried or recharged or anything. Just gone, essentially Banished (even though there was no action I could have taken that would have led to the sword being banished). I quit and restarted. Nope, still gone. I forfeited the scenario, and it was still gone. Valeros just suddenly finished with one too few weapons. It's one thing to have a card go to discard and lose it for the scenario. But when you play for a while and get a nice card like the Bastard Sword + 1 into the hands of someone who can use it like Valeros and then it just...disappears and is unrecoverable even for future scenarios..that's BEYOND frustrating. The undo feature is clearly bugged and this is the one bug that I think is going to make me set aside this game for a while--probably weeks, or until there's a patch. Otherwise, when you can just lose your gained items for no reason and can't get them back, why waste your time? Good luck on finding and fixing this Obsidian. When the whole point of the game is to find loot and real improvements come along as slowly as they do in this game, this becomes a BIG bug. I LOVE the game--I really do, and the game overall shows a lot of hard work, but this one just burst my enthusiasm like a balloon.
  4. This is actually working correctly for the most part but a little misleading. Ezren encounters Collapsed Ceiling. He fails the check to defeat it. Collapsed Ceiling says, "If undefeated, leave this barrier faceup on its location deck; while it's there, characters at this location may not move, and encounter it as the first exploration of each of their turns." So at the end of the failed check, Collapsed Ceiling is faceup on the top of the location deck. Before his turn ends, though, Ezrel casts Augury which lets him guess a card type, check the top three cards of the location deck, and if any of them are the guessed type, put those cards in any order on the top or the bottom of the location deck. No problem, I thought. I'll just guess Barrier and send Collpased Ceiling to the bottom. So I do just that and send the Collapsed Ceiling to the bottom. The next time Ezren's turn rolls around, lo and behold, the Collapsed Ceiling is again faceup on top of the location deck. Well, the game must not have HEARD me correctly because I clearly chose BOTTOM last time. But no problem, I think again. I've got a SECOND Augury spell. I play it again and again send Collapsed Ceiling to the bottom before exploring. Well, after the spell runs, once AGAIN Collapsed Ceiling is faceup and on top of the location deck. CLEARLY broken, I think. But not so fast... According to this: http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2qqsx?Collapse-the-Ceiling-then-Augury-your-way the game is actually working correctly with regards to the Collapsed Ceiling. According to the developer's ruling, you CANNOT augur a faceup card on top of the location deck to the bottom. So my problem is not with the fact that the Collapsed Ceiling stayed on top...it's with the fact that while playing the Augury spell, the game acted like I was sending the barrier to the bottom of the deck. I would have appreciated some kind of feedback that the game was going to enforce this somewhat obscure ruling BEFORE completing the Augury spell. Perhaps making the Collapsed Ceiling unselectable or making it visually bounce back to the top of the deck before completing the Augury spell, or a text message stating that this card cannot be moved, or something. I don't think you could simply undo the Augury because you've gained information about what cards are in the deck by that point, but perhaps making a faceup card unselectable during Augury might work. Since it wasn't clear what was happening, I wasted two Augury spells before having to search online to figure it out.
  5. IPad Air 2, iOS 9 Playing Black Fang's Dungeon in story mode. Merisel encounters an Ancient Skeleton henchman at the Warrens. She uses her Sneak Attack power by Recharging the Crowbar. Difficulty is 8. She then Reveals the Longbow, her only weapon. Big mistake. The difficulty jumps to 15, +3 per the ancient skeleton card, and +4 per the longbow card because the Longbow has Piercing. Realizing my mistake, I click the red X to undo this action. The difficulty goes back to eight and the crowbar goes back into my hand. However, the longbow stays in the center of the play area rather than returning to my hand. I Discard the Crowbar (not Recharge this time) to Sneak Attack again and then just fight the skeleton using the difficulty of 8 with no weapon. I kill the skeleton and close the location. However, at the end of the turn, the longbow still stays in the center of the screen. Merisel draws up to her hand limit as if the longbow was not in her hand. Next up is Valeros. While being given a choice of beginning of turn actions, the longbow is still in the center of the screen. I decided not to do any beginning of turn actions. When I then look at the overall map, the longbow is still in the center of the screen. I then look at the character cards (to find out the actual name of Merisel's Sneak Attack so I can submit this bug report) and the Longbow is no longer on screen. When I go back to the map, again, the Longbow has finally disappeared. When I go back to Merisel's location to look at her Discard pile, the Longbow is in the Discard pile even though I never used it after the undo.
  6. iPad Air 2, iOS 9 Ezren used the Token of Remembrance with several applicable spells in discard. After discarding Token of Remembrance, the discard window opened but there were no cards shown, just an empty red window. I closed the window and now my hand cards started to glow. When I clicked on them, it came up with an option to recharge each one. I recharged one, thinking this might get me my spell. Nope. I could open the discard window now and see my spells but I could not drag any to my hand. All I could do was close it. I tried clicking on another hand card and it also Recharged. Each time I did this, the request to choose a card out of Discard dropped by one even though I wasn't selecting cards out of discard.
  7. At least during Black Fang's Dungeon (I'm not sure about other scenarios), when in a location screen, just to the right of the box that says "When permanently closed" and next to any special effects that have a tiny magnifying glass next to them, there is a button with a picture of a keep and the button occasionally has a little flourish to show you can click it. However, I have no idea what it does. I clicked it once before fighting a monster, and a message came up that said "Discard 2 cards." I didn't have any choice to undo, so I did the discard. The monster then got shuffled back into the location deck. So clearly this looks like an evade. Is this a character specific thing? A mission specific thing? A difficulty specific thing? And Obsidian, how about a little on screen explanation ahead of time about what this does and maybe the option to undo so that we don't have to find out the hard way that you lose the opportunity to complete your encounter and lose some cards in hand to boot?
  8. iPad Air 2, ios 9 When cycling through locations to temporarily close them, I was asked to choose what to do at a location with two characters (Kyra and Valeros). The location required banishment of a blessing or Father Zantus. I chose the location, and it was unclear to me which character's blessings I was being asked to banish. So I clicked the red X on the left side of the screen to go back to the overall "Temporarily Close Locations?" screen. When I chose the location with two characters a second time, the dialog box that had "Close Location?" now had the "Yes" option greyed out, and I could only click "No" which then took me to a screen that would only let me click "Finished closing" and not undo to try again to temporarily close the location in question.
