  1. I uninstalled the old version. I downloaded the new version. I deleted my only current story mode (which used Kyra and Merisiel) on this device. Then went to Quest mode and I could only bring down Seoni (who I did purchase with earned gold a while ago). When I tried to bring down Kyra or Merisiel, I got a message that I had not purchased those characters. I left the character creation screen, and went to story mode and Seoni was still at the bottom of the screen where I left her when I left the quest mode character creation screen. When I tried to bring down Kyra and Merisiel, they just bounced back to the top of the screen with no message. I restarted the program and I still cannot use Kyra or Merisiel (I still get a message), but I can use Seoni. It looks like for a while Seoni will be the only char I will be able to use for a while on this device. This is on the RCA Pro 10" Android Jelly Bean (oh, this might have been a Version 2 issue)
  2. During all of "Approach on Thisletop", I wasn't allowed to temporary close any locations.
  3. I was able to discard 2 "Dagger +1"s to add their powers to my longbow. Goblin Warchanter - didn't ask for a wisdom check when Sioni tried to use her "Arcane Blast" power.
  4. Can you provide the specific model #? I'd like to look more into this. RCT6103W46 In other news I just got the Samsung S7 phone and the app is working beautifully on it. I haven't had a single crash on it yet. It makes me believe more that it is a low RAM issue. I couldn't transfer any data except gold and already purchased store products. I have had some minor game bugs that I believe people have pointed out such as when moving from B to 1 the characters sometimes reset to new characters and lose their power feat and decks. Another bug I found is - when you reveal a card, then switch to a stat that isn't going to use an ability of the revealed card, the revealed card sits on the board for the rest of the game and the game starts to act weird (I don't remember, but this might have actually caused a crash on my phone).
  5. RCA Pro 10 1.4 GHz Quad Core, 1 GB Ram App still runs very slow and I crash to "desktop" with no message about 4-5 times per scenario. Sometimes I don't even get to load the scenario before I'm seeing my wallpaper. Please don't release this on the 23rd or everyone is going to rate this great game as a 1 due to performance issues and not see all the hard work you guys put into it.
  6. Hmmm...I think today it WAS trying to do the wisdom check. The game made me go backwards to a d8 and put the Heavy Crossbow back in my hand. This was not obvious what it was doing. Yesterday it definitely skipped the Wisdom check.
  7. Goblin Warchanter - Yesterday, the before you act Wisdom check never happened. Today, it didn't happen either. Then, when Merisiel chose her Heavy Crossbow, her dice pool changed from 1d8 (her strength) to 1d6 with no pluses (important later). I added a blessing to make it 2d6. I rolled I think 4 and a 2 and it said the total was 8 (exactly enough to win) (4+2=6). I clicked next and the dice suddenly changed to the correct d12 and d10 with the faces showing 12 and 10 respectively. Weird.
  8. I've had many crashes also. It feels like a memory issue. It usually happens during a transition, like loading a scenario or cut-scene, but can happen many other places. I pretty much always see a degradation in performance for a little bit before it happens. I think this program is using a lot of resources. I notice a slightly better performance if I shut down some background processes before I open the program, like Facebook's Messenger, etc.. My tablet is using 1 GB of memory which should be enough to run any app targeted for mobile. Please run Unity's performance profiler and check the performance of the app or possibly give us options to tone down the performance to "medium" or "low" for people with tablets/phones with less than optimal specs.
  9. Tablet: 10", Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, 1.4 GHz Quad Core, 1 GB Ram Brigadoom was getting slow as the scenario went on. Also, at the deck creator, the swipe gesture doesn't always register (might be related to slowness). I had to try a couple times each time I wanted to swipe. This also happened late in Brigadoom. Had 2 crashes - one loading Brigadoom, and one when rolling the dice to fight a zombie.
  10. OS: 10" Android Feedback: I just finished the tutorial. Some of this is a little overly picky, or just trying to get a better explanation out to the user. Create Account Screen and Login Screen: - Email field brings up a regular on screen keyboard and not the email keyboard (the one with the "@" and ".com" keys) - Password and Verify Password fields are not masked - When I hit submit, there was an error message hidden behind the "Login" and "Back" buttons that I could not read Loading Screens: - There is no progress bar, spinning icon, etc. that shows the user that the app is busy and has not crashed Tutorial: - Viewing characters: -- Orik - "Lets look at each character's skills. Tap the Skills button." - You're already on that page, seems extraneous. -- Powers - During Ameiko, It is not explained that you can drag the panel up to see "Call in a Favor" until you are viewing Orik's powers. - Starting locations - The symbols of the locations are not in the same order that you see them on the map. Probably an intentional design decision, but could be confusing to the user. (Farmhouse is in the middle, but on the left on the map.) - Explaining using other character's powers - There should be another explanation panel after clicking on Ameiko when she has the exclamation mark, to "select a card, then press the 'recharge button'" - The tutorial mentions that discarding is like taking damage, but doesn't mention that if you exhaust your deck you die. - Banished cards/failing to acquire cards - "..it will be banished and no longer appear in this scenario." Do you want to mention that there might be multiple copies of the card in a single scenario? - During certain parts, such as explaining how the villain escaping works, there should be a floating text that says something like "Simulation", so that the user does not think the program is actually performing these "explanation actions" as part of their scenario. - When explaining how villain escaping works - It is mentioned that if you fail to defeat, they will cover their tracks by drawing from the Blessings Deck. I think it should be mentioned that if the Blessings Deck depletes the scenario is failed. - There is no explanation of what happens when you defeat the henchman and fail to close the location. That the player has to run through the location deck to be able to attempt again. - There is no explanation of what happens when you close a location but the villain was in that location. - It wasn't very clear when the game was letting me off the "tutorial leash" and expecting me to just finish the scenario on my own. Options page and some others - The difference between on/off with toggle-able buttons is kinda subtle and difficult to tell which state the button is in. That's all I have for now. I'll check in later.
