The game keeps freezing and i need to get onto GOTO's yacht. Can somebody tell me how you use the warp cheat, and How i would use it to warp to GOTO's yacht. Im very frustrated Thanks

I just built my computer so i doubt its that, and the problem has occured to various diffrent people, I think it has to be a problem with the game its self

Ok well i talked to the obsidian tech help yesterday for 30 mins, they were pretty much no help. After we tired every option he and I could think of he came to the conclusion that its probly a memory issue such as that the program KOTR2 is trying to move into memory allready occupied by another program. He said that if it wasnt that then it had to be the background programs that are running at the same time such as norton anti V. He said that norton tends to corrput saved game files (dont know if i really believe him) and that most likly we will have to restart the game. but here are my specs. AMD64 3200+ Geforce7800GT 2gig ram 80GIG SATA HD I play the game at a 1024x768 and most of the graphic settings in the meduim to high range. I am pretty sure it is not a graphical issue as i played KOTR1 just fine at max settings, and KOTR2 flawless untill this very point.

Ok, Nobody in the world can fix my problem(not people on the forum, or tech help from lucas or ovsidian) so I was wondering if there is a way to warp ahead to the next level, I need to get to GOTO's yacht but my game freezes everytime after i get caught by goto and kiera talks to the wookie. So is there a warp cheat, and if there is can somebody tell me how to do it

Still have the problem, Im pretty sure nobody knows how to fix this as i have seen 3 topics started about it and they tend to get ignored. Did you guys happen to fix it?

I will do that. Im starting to think i might have to restart the whole game. But i dont want to invest another 16 hours only to have it crash again

I have the same problem. and i know one other person has the same problem on this board. I just uninstalled the game and reinstalled and then copied my save game files that i had backed up and still hvae the same problem. As far as i know there is no solution to this problem. What is your system info?

Im not overclocking anything. KOTOR 1 worked just fine. KOTOR2 works just fine up untill this point and i was just wondering if this is a common glitch. I think that i will just stop playing the game all together if I cant get it to work because i dont feel like replaying 15+ hours of the game

No its not but i dont think that should make a diffrence. Its still way beyond the requirements for the game

In the game. after kriea(SP) diolauge with the wookie is finished the game loads up to a room where your character is standing. Well i can not move. The screen gets a little dark and all movement and actions are frozen. i can still move the mouse cursor in the game but nothing else. Well after about 15 seconds i get the message asking that a problem with kotr2 has been detected and asks if i want to send a error report. This cant be due to my system. AMD 64 3200+ gforce 7800 GT 1 gb ram. Any ideas whats going on or how to fix it. Kind of annoying considering im 14 hours into the game. Thanks for any help Jon
