  1. The guys who forced obsidian to release KOTOR2 unfinished.
  2. Well who created the high res movies for KOTOR2? I though it was Obsidian re-rendering them. This particular one was 1600x680, which I shrunk down to 800x340.
  3. Getting back to LS male exile, initially the only one he shows interest in is Mira, with his "I want t get to know you better ... more intimate" dialog. Handmaiden's feelings are more implied by her actions than her words. Although she does mention that she doesn't want to continue doing battles, so apparently she's trying to control her feelings. Mira just doesn't seem interested, so she lets the Exile down gently. Visas is the only one who's dialog mentions her feelings. She's the only one that Kreia mentions "mating with", and they share that moment looking at each other through the force, so maybe the Exile feelings have grown with Visas, especially after that force look bonding scene.
  4. I kept expecting this dialog: Light Side Male Exile to Kreia, "you killed my mother!" Kreia to Exile "No, I am your mother".
  5. It's bad to play a game that simply was rushed, unfinished, and self-conflicting. KOTOR2 is a great game, until you get to the ending, where it's obvious they just threw together whatever they had. The ending was just too much of a hack job for me. I'm only grateful that I used the savegame editor, maxing out all the parameters (50 on attribute and skills, don't set attributes to 100 or you end up being able to open up some doors that you shouldn't be able to), adding all feats and powers, and using turbo mode, cutting game time in about 1/2, so at least my level of disappointment was less than a true fan of KOTOR1 and KOTOR2. KOTOR1 and KOTOR2 are a bit like reading a book, except in the case of KOTOR2, a few pages at the ending were ripped out. I liked KOTOR1 and KOTOR2, but in the case of KOTOR2, I think that a true update should have been made by the developers to tidy up the loose ends and fix the ending. Leaving the demolished Ebon Hawk sequence in the game conflicted with it showing up undamaged at the light side ending. There had been enough ship crashes already, all they had to do was make replacement movie to show it landing, which would not have required any actors to be present.
  6. Found this in the updated bik files (converted to windows movie file): telos.wmv
  7. For male LS exile: Handmaiden - most of her feelings are mentioned in a conversation with Visa, and implied by Mira. Kreia comments about Handmaiden "totally surrending" to the exile. Near the end Handmaiden declares her name and that she will follow the exile. In a fixed conversation with Atton, Atton notes that the Handmaidens training with the exile is a bit more than just training. Later the Handmaiden states she doesn't want to do futher battles, apparently tyring to control her feelings. Visas - near the end of the game, Visas states she wants to experience what the Handmaiden experiences when with the exile. Then the dialog includes a "lets look at each other" which transitions into a seen where they both look at each other through the force (Jedi lovemaking?). Visas is the only female that Kreia mentions that the exile should not mate with, concerned about the offspring (probably strong in the force). Mira - As already posted, doesn't want to share a bunk with the other 2 females. Mira is the only one to show up at Malachor V to help the exile, but then the rest of that part is cut out. Apparently Handmaiden and Visas would be there also, but those parts got cut out as well.
  8. When the Exile or the remote sequence starts on Malachor V, they can turn around and get onto the Ebon Hawk using the ramps that were used in the Prologue. The far side of the Ebon Hawk is pretty bad off, it's missing a chunk and there are two big holes:
  9. I agree with the original post, there just wasn't an ending. I played with Exile as LS Male. First, how did Mira end up face planted at Malachor V? Since the Exile has just passed by the spot Mira shows up at, why didn't he see her? Previous Kreia dialog mentions that Kreia will take Hanharr to where Mira will be, but for what purpose? By this time, most of the crew is Jedi, and Mira may or may not be Jedi at this time, so why pick on Mira? Did Kreia just know this or did she kidnap Mira? The last time you see Mira, you see her walking through the large beast gate, which isn't too far from the academy entrance that the Exile has just reached. Her last bit of dialog implies she will be a part of the final sequence, but you neve see her or any of the NPC's again. The remote and goto's bot are in a wait and see state, so that's not too bad. At the end, Kreia mentions 4 ending choices in her dialog, but it's just 2 endings and these 2 endings are already set based on light side / dark side. One of the choices is for the Exile to go to one of the orbiting ships, but where's the shuttle? Had to be at least one, for Kreai, Sion, and Hanharr to be there. Then again, the actual endings just ignore the orbiting ship part anyway. At the start of Malachor V, they missed the obvious of having the Exile in the Ebon Hawk, and using the lift to get out as was done in the prologue. "Ship crashes yet again" was getting overdone by this point. It didn't add anything to the plot line, and ends up getting ignored anyway. Then there's the miraculous repair job on the Ebon Hawk as it reappears in the light side ending. At the start of the Exile or remote sequence on Malachor V, you can climb onto the Ebon Hawk, using the same paths as the prologue on the near side (can't go down on the far side though). There's a big chunk of the far side gone, big holes, the nearest two over the missing chunk of ship.
