Ok Guys! I got it worked Thanks to a "Obsessive Power" from Microsoft forum Mine game created _LOCAL_ folder, where I could find all saved games, so I just moved things from _LOCAL_ to folder with lots of numbers (in his case 2533274794592237, in mine case 2535414204401863) and it works like Miracle! Here is a picture:

I would like to second that, cause I have tried these options and it does not work. For example: (BlaBla name is made up) %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\The Outer Worlds Windows 10\BlaBla#1630 or %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\The Outer Worlds Windows 10\BlaBla1630 or %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\The Outer Worlds Windows 10\BlaBla Thanks

Can I ask You a question please? The user-id folder is with hastag, without hashtag or without number that was given to me during game pass registration? For example: (BlaBla is made up name) %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\The Outer Worlds Windows 10\BlaBla#1630 or %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\The Outer Worlds Windows 10\BlaBla1630 or %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\The Outer Worlds Windows 10\BlaBla Thanks

Still no change in value.

Hello there, I think "Confident Aim" does not work. When I played fighter class in previous versions, minimum damage on my character sheet/inventory was raised by choosing "Confident Aim". Greetings! I would like to report a bug. "Weapon Mastery" (WM) and "Weapon Specilization"(WS) does not stack. Tested on "Soldier" specialization. I have took a WM:Soldier , which raised my great sword damage. When I leveled up to level 8 and took WS:Soldier my damage was lowered.
