As somebody who has edited my "ships" gamedatabundle file I can tell you that "Johnny" is called Giani Canc Assi in-game. Im not sure why his portrait is called Johnny in the files, but his portrait is used by Giani Canc Assi in the ships gamedatabundle file, you can hire him at Dunnage.About crew-members: in the game technically there are two unique characters could be hired to a ship. (Available only through the console)
In fact, on this time (1.0 and 1.1) they can not be hired (need confirmation or refutation). Most likely for them a special event for recruiting or something else was meant.

Oh and as for Iztala she has a fully functioning entry in the ships gamedatabundle file like all other crew. I have no idea where you get her though.

Can only the watcher equip the talking sword even when it becomes a unique?
In 1.0: no, anyone can equip once everything is unlocked. Not sure about 1.1, but I imagine it hasn't changed.

This may or may not be a bug, but on the wiki it is reported by somebody who updates the Crew section that 3 crew mates are missing the +15 point stat distribution between their stats, therefore all their stats are just set to 10.

- Cianca/Giani/Rall all have subpar stats (all set at 10, the rest of the crew have 15 more total stat points usually 3 13's and 3 12's, Birta has great stats and starts at level 9, Audr starts at level 14 - might add a level column later) Going to add the rest of the Equipment later, fae Kothyxaan.

Create a new gamebundle files with only the changes you made and put in the override folder
So I just copy and paste what I've changed to a new gamesbundle Ship file and put it in my override folder?

I've edited crews starting job traits using the Ship GameDataBundle file. If I want to keep that file I've edited through each patch, do I just create an override folder and add the edited Ship file to it?
I also don't want to miss out on new stuff that may get added to the Ship file via future patches, so how do I keep my edited Ship file yet still allow the new things to be added via future game patches?

Now that this item has been changed from -75% damage to -25% damage, it would make sense to make it "per encounter" instead of "per rest"

Wish they didn't make Whispers of the Endless Paths garbage. Would have rather seen something like an accuracy or deflection debuff. Or just removed the whole cone thing.
How did they nerf it? Just wondering.

Natures Embrace before this Beta patch was
- Grove's Kin: Casts Woodskin on entire party when wearer is critically hit
- All Seasons: +3 Burn Armor Rating, +3 Freeze Armor Rating
Now though with this Beta 1.1 its
- 10% chance to grant Woodskin when critically hit
- +2 burn & +2 freeze armor
My question is, why such a nerf? 10% chance to grant Woodskin when critically hit seems so unrealistic. Could somebody maybe rethink this and meet in the middle? Like lets say ''50% chance to grant Woodskin when critically hit''. That would still be a nerf but it wouldnt be as bad.

Well the faster load of the game itself is gone. I am hoping it is because beta. It took 1'50" to get to the Obsidian logo screen, then another 30 seconds to start playing. Loading saves, other areas/maps, and saving games is still as fast as it was. This is just launching the game. Even my computer thinks the game sin't responding it takes so long to launch.
I hope this is temporary. Two and a half minutes is half a pot of drip coffee... searing one side of a steak... over easy eggs for goodness sake!
I'm not sure what it means that I think of time in terms of food.

Example being Aloths Keybreaker Scepter no longer bouncing sometimes on hit.
It just seems like an odd change. It wasn't like it was OP or anything.

Does it still add the +1 monk resource?According to the reddit thread linked in the first page, Xoti’s lantern no longer stops beneficial spells. Scaling with Religion has been nerfed drastically.
Can anybody answer this for me?

From the patch notes:
This only works for the Watcher, companions are still bald when wearing hats.- Character Hairstyles are now rendered naturally with some Hats
They are still working on implementing it for companions before final release of the patch.
