Thanks! Apparently (muscly_geek on reddit claims), pen shot will not work with blast, just the actual wand or whatever shot.

Hi everyone. Just want to know if the penetrating shot talent and on hit weapon abilities such as prone on crit or %chance to dominate work with the wizards blast attacks?

I have a main PC character paladin, but I seem to be getting only the new modifiers for NPC paladins on my faith and conviction (the scaled bonuses per 5 levels.) It seems to be ignoring my positive dispositions. Hope this was the right place to mention this, I am not on these forums much...
