  1. Description: Damaging a charmed NPC (even clipping them with an AOE damage or spell) will make them permanently hostile to your party even after the charm wears off. Steps to Reproduce the Issue: Enter any battle with both an enemy cipher/mindstriker and friendly NPCs. For example, stronghold enemy scenarios with mercenaries or the Vailian Embassy fight in Act 3. Allow the opposition cipher to charm one of your friendly NPCs. Allow a member of your party to attack the charmed NPC or clip them with any AOE damage attack. The NPC will now be permanently be hostile to your party and will not return to green once the charm has worn off. Important Files: NE.
  2. Description: Local SFX are attenuating global SFX before level is calculated, resulting in a choppy 'sidechained' type effect when characters are moving off screen. Steps to Reproduce the Issue: In any dungeon or outside, turn stealth OFF and order the party to move a distance. Then move the camera off screen and listen to effect on the global SFX. Footsteps attenuate sounds of water, streams etc even when the footsteps themselves aren't audible. Important Files: NE.
