    Couldn't agree more. I played NWN back when when it was released and I think I dropped it during the first act. A couple of weeks ago I decided to give it another try, this time I did manage to beat the first act but dropped the game nevertheless - it's just plain boring. The OC simply fails to immerse. Also, Waterdhavian creatures, aaargh. I never had a nostalgia towards BG1 or BG2 as I never played any of them in late 90's but I admit that playing BG1 on my tablet (sic) brought me more enjoyment than NWN. Looking forward to playing BG2 and PoE (waiting for the 2.0 patch actually). In the meantime... doing the third playthrough of DA: Origins. Sorry for my english. Also, first post, yay.
