Missing NPC, Wyla - Crucible Keep

I completed the quest "winds of steel" before handing in the task "missing sentries". Now after the armored assault i can't find Wyla, living or dead, in Crucible Keep. Has she moved or have i bugged the task out with doing quest/task in the wrong chronological order?
