Tested on v1.04 and still having the same issue. I am thinking it has something to do with the steam client. When I broadcast the shadow/fog of war issues don't come up (if they are already there they won't disappear and people being broadcast to can see them). We played for several hours and any new areas while broadcasting wouldn't display the issue.

Description: Get unlimited Amulets Step 1: During the 'His Old Self' quest, side with the original Purnisc and kill the wizard. Step 2: Go back to the Goose and Fox and talk with Kaenra Step 3: Lie to her (Do not tell her Purnisc deals or she won't talk to you again), give her the ring. It's my machine that is having this issue. Had Rav use his account. Now that I've found more issues to report I've created my own. By the way, I'm a QA analyst by trade if your looking for more testers.
