I am using IE mod. Is it just me? Or is slicken still an AOE-spell?

There seems to be a problem/ bug with possibly stacking attribute items? In my current playthrough the following happened at some point (maybe continuously): - Aloth has 16 Might now. Should only be 13 (12 base + 1 Hermit´s Hat) - Kana has 28 Intelligence now. Should only be 18 (17 base + 1 Kana´s Turban)
