This just happened to me, too. I can't tell when exactly, but apparently it is across multiple saves and I didn't notice right away. I'm too far ahead now to backtrack that many hours... ._.;

[Bug Report] Debuff after ended fight
KeikaStrife replied to Arctic's question in Pillars of Eternity: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
I had this same bug where debuffs would last indefinitely, even after resting. The only way I could remove it was to take them out of my party and put them back in again.
