Surth

I´ve finished Endless Paths of Od Nua Level 5, but I can´t find the things hidden in this floor.. don´t know why. I¨ve went through them in scout mode, but neither of them pop up: so I can´t complete that quest (I can´t enter the hidden room). http://guides.gamepressure.com/pillarsofeternity/guide.asp?ID=29959 if this map is correct, I can´t see the room 4´s hidden stash, neither the room 2´s way to enter.
