    Found this which improves the game`s performance by far from i`ve experienced before. Just patch the exe and you`re done. Still some lag in audio conversations but now it`s playable. Windows 7 64x, i5-4210U, 4 gb ram, nvidia Gt540m, gog version. http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php
