Same as Nemeter, normal C: drive steamapps folder installation. I've got an external, but Eternity doesn't touch it.

Attached my auto save when I first entered the encampment and the manual after running around a little. I have the worst lag when chosing my portrait (10+ seconds. A little less when chosing voice clips. Opening the inventory for MY character causes a 5+ second hang, as does equipping/unequipping anything. Dialogue will take around the same amount of time to start playing (including the random clips when selecting/moving party members) and for the longer conversation dialogues, it'll cut off the first few words when it finally starts playing.
