Thanks for the response guys! After playing more it would appear that it is in fact by design that this happens. While I don't disagree with this choice, it was just confusing because in tooltips, announcements, and on the wiki page for stronghold it seemed that you would be able to upgrade multiple things at once. No biggie, just glad I'm not the only one and that it's a symptom of miscommunication rather than another bug!

There is an area in Endless Paths of Od Nua (level 6) that allows players to infinitely loot golden ducs and padded armor. The lootable skeleton in this region gives 18 golden ducs (x12=216 gp) and a padded armor (x40=40 gp) for a total of 256 gp. Once you loot this skeleton, it disappears entirely. There is no 'grayed out' loot section anymore, it simply disappears. If you save the game and reload, (easily and quickly done via quicksave) the skeleton loot respawns and appears as blue again. When opened it contains the same 18 golden ducs and padded armor. This can essentially be done repeatedly, just quicksaving each time and then reloading, rinse repeat etc.

This also occurs with the 'Expedition Log pages' found in Endless Paths of Od Nua dungeon (I'm pretty sure the two that I've found are on levels 4 and 5). Just like Fulvano's, they stack when in the stash, and upon being separated both read identical entries.

I have read in multiple places (wikis and even the official game manual) that you can upgrade multiple sections of the stronghold at the same time. I have the money for several upgrades, and the requirements are met, but every time I try to upgrade Brighthollow (while Western Barbican is under construction) it gives me a message saying 'The Western Barbican is already in progress.'. Is this supposed to happen? I've also tried it with every other upgrade I have money for and they all say the same thing.

I've encountered the same bug.
