    Is Wizard still garbage?

    For wizards in 2.0 update there are a few new spells (these can only be learnt through Concelhaut ironclasped grimoire and Ninagauth's black pages). Thought I'd mention them in case you didn't know about them:

     

    L2 Concelhaut's Draining Missiles - corrode damage, drains health (description says they should do raw damage - they'll be even better if that get's fixed).

    L4: Ninagauth's Death Ray - raw damage, FOE only ray spell (this one is very good). Note the black pages are currently buggged and this one may not always show up)

    L4: Ninagauth's Shadowflame - cold based fireball that paralyses everything in the AOE (this one is extremely good and really helps fix the issue that some of the Wiz L4 spells are a bit lackluster)

    L7: Concelhaut's Crushing Doom - This spell is hilarious, basically PoE's version of Bigby's Crushing Hand. It's better than all the other L7 wiz spells - single target but can deal hundreds of crush damage and prones the target for the duration. Really hope we see some buffs to the other Wiz L7 spells though.

    2.01 respec bug

    Hello!

    No console comand were used. I've just started a new game. In Gilded Vale after Eothas Temple quest completion(and maybe other quests too) i've decideded to respec my druid(it was level 4 already).

    First strange was that after giving money for respec, respec window not openened. Just game window with a "+" sign on my character's portrait.

    When i clicked "+" i mentioned that my skills weren't dropped.

    Maybe it's some class\race combination.

    EDIT:Yes, it's related to class\race combination.

    New game started a hour ago, same bug here.

    As you can find, on every respec all your skills doesn't drops.

    You'd better raise either INT or RES up to 18. Paladins have got good accuracy at start. Then you can raise it by talents\items. You can raise any stat by items, but they could be accessed in early game only as random loot from hidden places.

    Scion of flame works with Flames of Devotion, btw it doesn't worth a talent.

     

    Now i think to make a balanced character as well.

    So many bugs...(and stacking/nonstacking argument)

    I never experienced CTDs or bugs that prevented progression.

    In this sense there is no gamebreaking bugs. You can even faceroll on doubled game speed without pause on easy level to progress.

    But, as already said, there is many bugs noticed by people.

    You can never notice Barbaric Frenzy\Yell bug if you don't play Barbarian. But it could be a gamebreaking bug for those who play it.

    If you don't respec you'll never see respec bugs. If you don't count on Hiravias you'll never see Returning\Relentless storm not casting in tough moment.

    And, of course, if you never experienced CTDs you can't feel what feel people who experience them on every travel to other locations.

    Here is the thing.
