    I've been getting this too, seems to happen after leveling up. Weapons in the 3rd and 4th set get moved to the inventory after leveling up.

    The effect isn't shown in the UI but it does work if you look at your weapon recovery time. If you highlight the recovery time it the armor recovery modifier is reduced (for me, leather armor is reduced from +20% to +7%) but there is nothing say its from the cutthroat cosmo buff.

    I'm having the same problem, cage cursor stays ticked but it stops working after a while

  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
