There are people who can start it on Catalina. It just needs several tries.  Maybe related to the privacy entitlements  of Catalina.

That's a problem of the translation. They always break it.
 
E. g. change

Put a space after the comma. Our translation mod does not have this issue...

Viele Rechtschreibfehler und Fehlübersetzungen sind damit ausgebügelt.

The latest patches usually are not fully translated and also contain spelling errors and mistranslations. Better use the translation mods.

Guess only a dev might help you with this but I can point out something.
 
- You are using a 32-bit OS which can cause out of memory situations.
- Your graphic card does not seem to be supported by official manufacturer drivers anymore with Windows 10.
- Windows 10 is pretty new so incompatible issues are to be expected.

Exact it and copy all files of the "text" folder manually.
