yep. usually happens after playing for a few hours (around the same time that dialogs start going by at 150 mph). same fix - close game, re-start from desktop, load a saved game. ~msp

have you tried turning grass off under options/graphics? i'd disable shadows too while i'm at it . i had a similar problem with KOTOR I and it helped. of course, the game doesn't look as good, but it's a small price to pay. sorry if you have tried it already, this is the only thing i can think of right now. ~msp

IMHO, the reason you see so many "KOTORII sucks" posts is that the game managed to upset just about every type of player in a small way: 1. people who care about graphics and combat didn't see anything that rocked their world 2. roleplayers got a much weaker story because of the cuts and the famous short ending 3. people who play for action and loot are upset about random items and easy to beat enemies and bugs are driving everybody crazy. bad performance is something i expect on my sistem with any new game (blame my old ATI radeon integrated graphics), but people with good cards really shouldn't have to worry about frame rates and crashes. so yeah, i - a roleplayer who doesn't care for graphics or loot, and enjoys the first part of the game - loved KOTORII, but i can see why other people didn't. ~ msp

this is a very interesting point... i thought that revan is more connected to the force and more 'in tune' with the force, but the exile is the only one who is capable of forming force bonds powerful enough to influence and even manipulate people regardless of their force sensitivity. he does so naturally and he influences just about everybody around him. this is what hurt him at malachor and this is what makes him special to kreia. i tend to think that revan, powerful as s/he is, would not be affected in exactly the same way. ~msp

can you handle large attachments? my savegame is ~8 meg, 1.6 meg as a .zip i cannot remember what the limit is on hotmail accounts thx, msp
