Yes, I have the same issue. Windows gamepass version, I have a Vega 56 32Gb ram and ryzen 2700x cpu.

I concur, massive fps drop in the inventory screen. and lower performance in general. PC Version.

I have the same issue. I was surrounded by them at the beginning of the game, now completely gone. Can't make tier 2 equipment if can't access the ingredients!

Does the character have sight issues? Seriously the depth of field effect is far too pronounced. It actually gives me eye strain to look at it in game, I wear glasses/contacts in real life so my real vision ISN'T like this.
