  1. I just had this happen. Finished the fight and then nothing happened. The quest didn't progess and I couldnt click on anything. I exited the game, reloaded the quicksave and redid the fight. It worked fine the second time. 2. When I entered the ice caves from longwatch falls everything was black. I went back out to the menu and reloaded the quicksave before entering and it was still black. I restarted the game and loaded the longwatch falls quicksave and when I went back in the ice caves it loaded fine. 3. Nothing seemed strange to me and it hasn't happened again since then. I verify game cache and it had no problems. No mods or console commands.
  4. I went from level 8 to 9 in od nua and after the load it brought up the party select window. My main character (level 10 rogue) had been replaced by some weird level 7 cipher with a different portrait and no gear. And my party only had 5 people, Aloth had been removed. It also put me at the down stairs of level 9 instead of the entrance. The new auto-save was put under a separate profile save called Player (instead of Calcor, my profile). I reloaded but it worked fine the second time. 6. I've had this occur in the quit menu and also when traveling to other locations. The menu sometimes just shows a blank bar instead of the buttons. Both buttons still work you just can't see them. One time when trying to travel they were missing, so I hit escape and clicked to travel again and then they showed. poe_dxdiag_outputlog.zip
  7. I started a fight by having all my party members selected and clicked a beetle. After it died I let the AI auto attack the other beetles at first. After a few seconds I selected Hiravias and had him spiritshift. I let him auto attack though and I noticed he went and attacked Eder instead of a beetle. I selected hiravias and clicked a beetle and he attacked it. The log in the screenshot shows him attacking Eder. Hiravias engaged Stone Beetle in Melee. Hiravias misses Eder. Hiravias grazes Eder for 3 Slash damage. Thats when I noticed what was happening and clicked the beetle. I dunno what would of caused the AI to engage the beetle and yet attack my own party. I decided to check if it does it again. I reloaded the quicksave, attacked the beetle, waited for it to die, then selected hiravias and spiritshifted. He attacked himself. The save is too big to attach but i made a backup if you want it at some point. poe_dxdiag_outputlog.zip
