I have the same issue with Into the Fray, also stuck as "Already Activated". Best way to avoid, is to save often, before fights. And check to make sure no abilities has gotten stuck in that state. -
Yeah, ran into the same issue when i loaded up a save made post 1.03 with the Hearth Harvest in inventory.

Actually, there was a choice. They asked me if I wanted to change in light of what happened. I chose to change it so that they can concentrate on the game instead of this PR nightmare. They weren't going to change it, they asked ME if I wanted to. I can find another platform to write my controversial crap, and I will. They, on the other hand, did the right thing and allowed me to decide the fate of the epitaph. I chose to turn into something that made fun of the bitch-bastards that were complaining. They went above and beyond what I would have expected them to do. Well damn.. then why the heck didn't Obsidian just make this clear in their Backer Update then. Would have avoided this entire backlash ....

While i like the new edited version. As it takes a stab at SJW stupidity. I can't condone that they felt it necessary to change it in the first place.
