Yes, the dvd-case has the 3 cds stacked together and 1 cd comes in a papercover where the manual is... So it has 4 cds

How and when can you kill Carth? In my PAL version i didn't have chance to do it!

I'd say Bioware should do it. But i doubt that they do.
