  1. I agree. One of my favourite features about PS:T was the fact that you could avoid most of the fights, just with dialogue. This game doesn't reward players with XP for combat, but on the other hand it doesn't provide us players a fitting alternative. I would very much like to play a pacifist, but I don't want to play a coward or a stealthy character, I want to play someone who can convince others that it would be foolish to fight - very much like the one scenerio that the developers did put inside the game, where you're allowed to avoid combat if you have a reputation of being cruel.
  2. I don't think that wizards are useless, they have a good mixture of buffs and damaging spells, though they do feel a bit infirior compared to druids. Priests though... I agree that compared to other classes, they don't seem to be as good.
  3. I have to say that I really do miss that option, but even if it's not romance, something is missing with the NPCs in PoE. They feel like they are just there, the conversations are mostly not deep enough, the reason for them staying with the PC isn't convincing enough, and they don't take a really active role in the game. I would love to have more banter, but I would also love it if they took a more active part in conversations, and not just commented on what was going on. Having romance options would be nice, as it would give you a chance to get attached to characters more deeply, but romance isn't the only way to do it ~T
  4. Having neared the end-game already, I decided to plan ahead my next run, and I figured that I would love to play a Pale Elf, as they seem quite interesting. I noticed that The White that Wends offers you the option to be an "Aristocrat" and that got me thinking, how do you guys imagine the society that Pale Elves have in The White? Do you imagine small tribes? Some sort of a feudal system? Also, I've been thinking about playing a skald sort of a chanter and I wonder which culture would be most fitting - The White, The Living Lands or the Archipelago. What do you think? ~T
