[BUG] Dialog with Luca from VTC after finishing quest

After I persuaded Luca to change the contract, he got fired, and I got the dialog with several options including hiring him on the ship.

 

Trouble is - this dialog does not disappear which allows you to hire him again.

Even when I speak to him on the ship deck he still has the same dialog.

Apparently, we soon will have as many topics as copys of Luca on our ships

To be safe, make sure you don't actually use Luca for anything. I believe I trained some skill of his, but when I removed him from the ship entirely (back to the inventory slots on the right side and not to the "resting crew" section) he "merged" with his twin brother (showing Luca with a "2" on his avatar) and lost his ranks.
