Crash While In World Map

Description:

• I crashed once while entering an instance in the world map (e.g. forest, bounty camp) I can't remember which instance this was.
• I crashed again just now after killing Meryel the Mad and exiting the instance to the World Map.
• On both occasions I'm not able to duplicate the crash, on the same save file of course. After I boot the game up and try again it works just fine.

 

Important Files:

Savedgames

• I have a saved game right before entering the Meryel the Mad instance. I no longer have the save file for the first crash.

 

Output Log

• I have both crash dumps in the dated folders

 

System Specs

• I have the dxdiag log as well.

 

I'm getting an error and I'm not permitted to upload any kind of files it seems.
