I mean, this ship has been hyped throughout the entire game. One of factions end game quest depend on you getting it. But on the paper? It has the same stats as Galleon. Except, unlike the galleon you can't imrpove them. Hell, for some reason there is even less spots for free crew members than on Galleon. And you can't even install Menagerie or Captian's Quarters!
Why, just why?
This is literally Epic Legendary Ghost ShipTM and there is no point in using it other than for aesthetics.
