I allready got the maximum of positive reputation with my companions. Is there a fast way, to get the maximum negative reputation with one companion?

Apparently, you can easily get maximum negative reputation with Maia and Pallegina by resting at one of the three shrines on the overworld map multiple times.

Shrines? Can you tell me where they are?

I found that Teo Romunga shrine, but i get the maximum of -1 reputation. And it seems i need at least -4 to reach max. Is there a way to get more?
