The secret storage room in drowned barrows is accessible without destroying the oil barrels and using the lever. if you hover the mouse over the secret door you get the stairs icon and can actually use it. Opening the door with the secret lever works normally after I had taken the stairs already.

Thing is... once inside the hidden study, you can't get out. The stairs icon is impossible to find... I prompted the stairs area for almost one hour and nothing.

Bug? Or?

I've opened the door and the stairs are still impossible to click on.  There's no icon anywhere.

This is still an issue as of yesterday. No stairs icon. Maybe because it's so remote few people find it.

You can click on the stars once you open the secret passage and blow up the barrels to the right of the stairs.  The key part for me to get this to work was blowing up the barrels near the stairs.

To go back down the stairs I had to fully zoom out.
