[Quest]The Man Who Chimes: Flaune offers no quest advancing dialogue

I'm having a different problem with the quest. The VTC has asked me to do something with the animancers, and the only thing Flaune asks me when I talk to her is whether I am ready. I can't advance Pallegina's quest from the very beginning.

Do you have a save game with the issue at hand? We would need it to look into the issue you are describing.
