Decline an offer to join Maia Rua in palace. Where i can fin her later?

Like in topic title. I decline her offer to join my team in palace (i choose don't take her), but i change my mind later, and i save game after the palace. It is possible to recruit her later in game? Where i can find her?

If at all, my guess would be the Brass Citadel, where her faction resides.
