When launching the game, the screen flickers 8 times (in 2 goes, 4 then 4 again) as if it's trying to change screen modes. After that proceeds to the loading logos and game as normal, although it takes a while. Once has resulted in the monitor not being able to identify input and having to switch it on and off a couple of times.

 

Latest graphics drivers, correct resolution set in-game, happens whether I use fullscreen or windowed.
