Zeitzbach Posted May 15, 2018 Share Posted May 15, 2018 (edited) If you're talking about talking weapon, as Juodas mentioned, it's in Old City Ruins. If you're talking about weapon for casters, use anything with high upgrade as they get bonus accuracy to spell based on weapon grade. The best mage weapon is in top left island of the map with Nemnok. The quarterstaff there gives you 1 or 2 extra level to all elemental spell damage.
