Mod Request - All Crew Members Start With 0 Job Trait Stars.

Hi.

Would it be possible to make it so all crew members start with 0 stars in all their job traits?

How would I edit this if I was to try do it myself?

I managed to figure it out by editing the ''ships''  GAMESDATABUNDLE file.

 

I made Irrena a Cannoneer.
