What is the focus gain rate for ciphers?

I don't actually see this anywhere in-game or on deadfire wiki or anything. Is it still the same as pillars, e.g. 35% of damage done gained as focus?

Last I checked it was 50% of damage done gained as focus, doubled to 100% of damage done if you take Draining Whip.
