When I first heard of her name mentioned, it struck me as familiar somehow like I'd heard the name used before. I tried looking at the wiki and the only Radora mentioned in there is the Captain Radora in Deadfire, so, does anybody know for sure if a Radora appeared in PoE1? It could have been a different Radora, maybe it was a backer character, dunno.

Radora was one of the sidekicks originally planned for Deadfire before being replaced with Fassina, or at least, that's where her name came from. I don't think she was part of the first Pillars though I could be wrong - but maybe the Fig campaign is where her name rings a bell from?
