*Missing string 12* in Watershapers Guild

Some of the Neophyte Watershapers in the Watershapers Guild say "*Missing string 12*" when you talk to them.

Ran into a similar issue over in Sayuka after speaking to Weto for a second time but instead *Missing string 66* appeared.

I believe we have this issue fixed in patch 1.1, Ill get it investigated again just to be sure
