Spells damage should really give focus for multi class cyphers

Right now multi-classing cyphers with spellcasters seems pretty weak just because there's no synergy between focus gain and spell casting. It would be nice if spells generated focus. You could make AoE spells only generate focus from the first target hit or something like that to keep it balanced.
