Bug - Dialogue in completion of one quest references a quest I have not done yet.

When speaking to Queen Onekaza after completing the quest The Shadow under Neketaka by freeing the Dragon, Onekaza tells you to to leave the palace. If you reply "Will you throw an ally to your enemies, queen?" She backs off and references the help you gave her brother "on Motare o Kozi", referencing the quest The Last Sanctuary.

 

I haven't done that quest yet.
