Uppon reaching Ashen Maw, Maia wants to speak to me (speech bubble over her portrait).

 

When I initiate dialog however, there are only the usual choices, no new line of dialog to choose from.

We have reworked a lot of dispositions for the game that should resolve this issue. If it continues to affect your playthrough please let us know!
