I opted for not stopping Aelys and nevertheless Skaen blamed me for saving Lord Harond.

Was yours a generated save or an imported one?  I reported the same issue, mine was with a generated one.

Wait he does this? I saved lord and erased girl memory after killing all cultist and he doesn't mention it. Also a bug then... Well great

This issue should have been resolved with the latest patch. Are you still experiencing this issue in the latest patch?
